About the conference

STEM Day for 5th Grade Girls

Online registration has closed, but we welcome Walk-Ins on Saturday morning! Please arrive between 8:30 - 8:45, to allow time for the registration process.

If you are ready to have an incredible time doing experiments, using your imagination, and creating awesome projects - then you belong with us!

Our ultimate goal is to motivate all young women to become innovative and creative thinkers ready to meet 21st Century challenges. This EYH/STEM Day for 5th Grade Girls is a morning conference for girls in their last year of elementary school. Participants will have a chance to connect with STEM role models and near-peers, and learn more about careers in computing, science, technology, engineering, and math!

8:30 – 9:00am: Check In, Science Hall Atrium
9:00 – 9:15am: Participant Welcome, Science Hall, room 102
9:30 – 10:30am: Workshop Session I
10:45 – 11:45am: Workshop Session II
11:45am – 12:00pm: Parent Pick Up, Science Hall Atrium, room 102
