- Begin by filling out the EYH conference evaluation form. You do not need to print it out. You can fill out the form directly from the computer. It’s easy! Just start typing.
- Save the PDF file by using the File -> Save (or Save As) options in Adobe Acrobat. We suggest saving it on your desktop.
- Locate where you have saved the form and email it to msnstaff@mills.edu as an attachment.
