Here are two surveys that can be used to collect data from your EYH conference. You may customize each survey to fit the needs of your own EYH.
- The pre-conference survey PDF file can be given to the young women before your main event begins. Most EYH conferences ask the young women to fill out the survey prior to the keynote.
- The post-conference survey PDF file is usually filled out by the girls at the end of the day before the closing session begins.
